Assault Course at Wild Cairns

Take on over 30 Obstacles, including water and mud challenges, on our instructor-led Assault Course in East Lothian.  Designed for groups, teamwork and fun at your own pace.

Duration: 1-2 Hours depending on the group size

Ages:  The minimum age is 8 Years old (6 if accompanied with a participating Adult)

Group Size:  The minimum group size is 3 participants, with no maximum.

Location: Whitekirk Hill, East Lothian

Supervision:  Fully instructor-led, no requirement for Adults to participate unless child between 6 and 8 years old.

What to Expect: Lots of Mud, Water, Fun and Teamwork.

What to expect on the Assault Course

Every assault course session at Wild Cairns begins with a friendly welcome, a short warm-up, and a clear safety briefing led by our experienced instructors. Groups then take on an exciting course featuring over 30 obstacles, combining climbing, balancing, crawling, sliding, and teamwork challenges.

Expect plenty of mud and water along the way, with encouragement and support throughout the session. The assault course is designed to be inclusive and adaptable, allowing participants to take part at their own pace while still feeling challenged, involved, and part of the group.

Participation on an obstacle is always optional, with alternative routes and adjustments available where needed. Our focus is on enjoyment, teamwork, and confidence-building, rather than speed or competition.
